Most builders today offer a dozen or less house plans and try to steer you toward one of these styles because they have built it before, know what it costs, and have it down to a science. But you may want to build your home, not another copy of the builder’s home. That’s where T. J. Shannon comes in. We can take plans that you already have or introduce you to one of our designer associates and go over room by room with you, to make sure we completely understand your expectations and selections. Your project will be our first priority from beginning to end. We want the end result to be your home, not the home we wanted to build for you.
