We have had several really bad experiences with remodeling and contractural work. This experience far exceeded our expectations!! The workers were punctual, polite, and every day left their work area perfectly clean. They always explained what they were doing, and were spot on accurate with their timeline. People I talk to considering remodeling or a project - I give their name! Tim and the other gentlemen provide "old-time" customer service. So you can see, I can't say enough about our remodel. I also would like to add, I called Tim at the last moment, asking if he could build some ramps to get our 93-year old grandmother in our home Christmas Eve. We were worried that at 93 years old, she was going to have to be alone on Christmas Eve in the nursing home. Tim and his son came during the cold, rainy, snowy weather and built made-to-order ramps. I will never forget this more than kind gesture!! Keep up the good work. You are a stellar operation.

Tim and his team were FANTASTIC to work with! Every concern and question was addressed. I had not had a remodel done in 47 years, so I had a lot of questions. From my initial contact with Monica to the owner Tim, to cabinetmaker Jim, to T.J. and Conner, everyone was very kind and accomodating. I would suggest to anyone planning a project to call Tim and start planning at least 8-9 months ahead and start planning for a lot of dust. But upon completion, I was left with a beautiful new kitchen!
